Full payment is due to confirm a booking of time.

Dates may be changed by the client, if agreed in writing by Organised Lives, and given at least 48 hours’ notice.

Package hours paid for are valid for up to 1 year.

Additional hours worked will be charged at the regular hourly rate of £40 per hour (£55 at weekends/bank holidays).

I will remove up to 4 bags of items suitable for charitable donation or re-homing at no extra charge if I have travelled to you by car. We can discuss and agree preferences.

I’m happy to work on-site throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and North London and will only charge a reasonable amount for travel if needed - to be agreed at time of booking.

Additional charges incurred (such as additional time you request on the day) will be due for payment within 48 hours of a visit on receipt of my invoice.

I hold Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance with Hiscox Limited.
